Our building, which was built by the famous Çakıcı Mehmet Efe in the first years of the Republic, was also defined as a warehouse at that time. But in the later times it was used as a place for tobacco processing and workers' accommodation. The building was purchased by the Emginoğlu family in 1971 and the land was used in animal breeding and tobacco processing. However, when tobacco lost its economic appeal in the developing period, it was left for use as a warehouse again. At that time, the fire  has played a role in the development of new formations and renovation ideas for family members. It was restored by Architect Gülçin Emginoğlu, one of the 4th generation family members who contributed to laying the foundations, by staying true to its old structure and started to serve in the concept of Boutique (Accommodation, Restaurant, Wine and Local Products). It has been designed with today's architecture by blending old and new structures without disturbing the historical texture.
